Peter & The Star Catcher

A wildly imaginative theatrical adventure that re-imagines the origins of Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Tinker Bell, and Neverland itself. Filled with humor, heart, and inventive storytelling, the show follows a young orphan boy and an extraordinary girl named Molly as they race to protect a powerful magical substance called “starstuff” from falling into the wrong hands.

Through storms at sea, daring escapes, and unforgettable encounters, the unlikely heroes discover courage, friendship, and the wonder of believing in something bigger than themselves. Packed with fast-paced comedy, clever stagecraft, music, and adventure, this production is a celebration of imagination that delights audiences of all ages.

Artist Reception

Join us in the EMD Gallery, next door to our Paramount Theatre on Friday, May 15, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM to help us welcome and celebrate local artists Elaine Hinchman and her granddaughter, Annabelle.

This is a free and open to the public event where you can enjoy refreshments and live music, and have the opportunity to meet the artists and view or purchase their artwork.

There’s more to this evening than you think – Our Artist Receptions occur during Farmville’s 3rd Friday Art Walk! Most Fridays you can find glass blowing demos, see ceramic students at work, meet artists in their studios!
